Halve 12 Plum Tomatoes, sprinkle with salt, pepper, put a basil leave on each one and drizzle with olive oil. Cook at 275 degrees for about 21/1 to 3 hours. (Can cook in the evening and turn off oven and leave in overnight).
Fresh Tomato Sauce
Cut 2 or more large tomatoes (depending on how large they are)
Cut up 4 of the oven dried tomatoes
Mince 1-3 cloves of garlic
Mince 1 cup fresh basil
Mix in 1/4 Cup of Olive oil
Boil favorite pasta and mix with the fresh tomato sauce
Add Fresh Parmesan or Mozarella Cheese (if desired)
