Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with nonstick foil.
Prepare 3 dished for coating chicken. One with flour, one with egg/water
mixture, and one with panko/cheese/seasoning.
Dip chicken in flour, then egg mix, then crumb mixture.
Place chicken on baking sheet. Drizzle with melted butter.
Bake 15-20 minutes, turning once, until chicken is no longer pink and
coating is golden brown. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, if
desired.
