Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 375. Take a shallow baking pan and pour olive oil, salt and pepper into the pan. Cut the stems off the broccoli so that florets remain. Put florets in the pan, and using your hands, toss the broccoli in the olive oil. Spread out into a single layer and roast in oven for 10-12 minutes, or until broccoli is tender.
