Quite good, works with various vegetables. Add some cheese on top at the end for a gratin.

I think this is a really good recipe. I made mine a little different though. I cut all of the vegetables into quarters and substituted the asparagus for button mushrooms. turned out good. probably wouldn't quarter the vegetables next time I did it though. the Zucchini and Squash got a bit mushy. I definitely think it turned out better with the mushrooms instead of the asparagus. I like asparagus but it seemed like the odd man out to me and thought mushrooms were a better fit.

So tasty! So easy to make! And healthy too! Added garlic salt and Italian seasoning and came out great!

Was a huge hit at my family dinner! Added some shredded cheese and frozen corn, and it was fantastic!

This turned out perfectly for me. Can't wait to try it again with different veggies and seasonings, and maybe try it on the grill.

OMG. I love veggies anyway but this was a real treat. As the poster says this is a good accompaniment to just about any dish. This night I paired it with sage pork chops. Great recipe and I will make it again for sure.

Made this last night. Very good way of eating veggies. I also put some asiago cheese and parmesan cheese on top. Even my 18 year old commented that it was really good.
