Ready in 40 minutes
This is a great side dish for just about any meal.
"My husband and I loved this. I used only squash, zucchini and onion, and added Italian seasoning. He usually grills veggies outside, but when it's so cold we'll do them in the oven from now on."
1. Pre-heat oven to 450
2. Put all veggies into large roasting pan and cover with other ingredients
3. Spread evenly in pan
4. Roast for 30 mins, stir occasionally until lightly brown

nabcoengineer 1y agoOMG. I love veggies anyway but this was a real treat. As the poster says this is a good accompaniment to just about any dish. This night I paired it with sage pork chops. Great recipe and I will make it again for sure.
Field9999 1y agoMade this last night. Very good way of eating veggies. I also put some asiago cheese and parmesan cheese on top. Even my 18 year old commented that it was really good.
