onetwoboyz 4y agowhat an easy but tasty recipe, great for those 'sure wish I didn't have to make supper' nights, throw together a salad and 15 minutes later we are sitting down to a good meal. appreciate the post, thanks.
LoraP 4y agoI made a huge platter of fresh salmon for dinner over the holidays and with the leftovers, made this dish. The recipe worked perfectly and everyone (5 teens and an adult) gobbled it up. I should have made more. I submitted a photo showing how I served it on a bed of wild rice and steamed fresh green beans. I would absolutely make it again.
jhenington 4y agoIt really tastes good. Easy to make, but, it will not cook in 10 minutes. I had to cook it 20 minutes to get it to set even after pouring off all the oil from the can of salmon.
kahni 4y agoUsed aged white cheddar, which was excellent.
Tiggytiger 5y agoAn excellent recipe. I served it with a tossed green salad with feta cheese and a hot Mexican sauce to go with the fishcakes. This is a definite favourite so many thanks! My husband is a keen fisherman and catches many trout which, when filleted and deboned, are just like salmon. I microwaved these fillets first before constructing the fish cakes.
Lakisha21 5y agoIt was so good! I used whole wheat crackers instead. It is so easy to make. I added extra green onion and parsley.
