Suggest a better descriptionCut slit in blossom end of each tomato large enough to insert an oyster. Invert on paper towels and let drian. Insert 1 oyster, lengthwise, in each tomato. Arrange on serving plate. Beat cream cheese, lemon juice, horseradish and hot pepper sauce in small bowl until light and fluffy. Pipe cream cheese mixture, using a star tip, on 1 side of each oyster.
