1. Cook the pasta to al' dente
2. In a Dutch Oven add the EVOO over medium high heat. Cook the zucchini until slightly browned.
3. Add the onion and garlic. Cook until the onion softens slightly.
4. Add the vegetables and chicken. Cook until warm about 3 minutes.
5. Add the peas. Cook until warm.
6. Season to taste. Add the marinara sauce and stir until warm. Remove from the heat.
7. Add the cooked pasta and toss to combine.
8. Garnish with Parmesan Cheese and serve.
