Good fish recipe. Can't beat rockfish.
1. Prepare the lemon burre blanc sauce by combining the lemon juice, wine,and cream in a saucepan and simmer on medium heat until reduced.
2. Dredge fish in flour seasoned with salt and pepper and then saute inbutter until golden brown.
3. Remove fish from heat and drizzle with sauce.
