Basic pancake recipe
1) Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
2) Whisk egg. Add milk, sugar and nutmeg.
3) Add flour mix on center of the egg mixture bowl and from
the center of the mound mix outward in a circle motion until
just mixed. Do not over mix.
Do not over mix. Also be mindful when pouring of not mixing any further with ladle or pancakes will become flat.
