Yummy and perfect for breakfast or even a dessert
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl then mix well until smooth and runny with almost no lumps.
Heat fry pan until hot and put butter or cooking spray on to pan.
Scoop a spoon full into the pan and let cook on one side until bubbling in the middle and dry on the edges.
Flip pancake and cook on other side until golden. Then serve with maple syrup, cream and strawberries, ice cream or whatever you like. Enjoy hot.
