Grilled Panini Sandwich using lunch meat, cheese, and veggies.
Preheat Panini Press 300 degrees for 5 minutes
Prepare sandwiches while preheating:
Put a thin layer of light mayo or butter on one or both side(s) of bread, spread thin layer of spinach leaves on one side, add tomato slices, lunchmeat of your choice (we used roast beef and rotisserie chicken), cheese of your choice, more spinach leaves then other piece of bread.
*Can also add mustard, horseradish, or any other condiment of your choice.
Heat for 2-5 minutes on press and serve.
WW points plus: 11
Not too much cheese or sauce or you'll end up with a soggy sandwich.
