Easy and delicious

"Very easy and adaptable. I've added cocoa powder to the milk mix as it is simmering. Serve it in glass cups, and watch the cocoa separate into light and dark chocolate layers. Makes for an impressive desert!"

Ingredients

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
3 cups half and half
1/2 cup Sugar
1 Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Original recipe makes 4

Servings  

Preparation

1. 1/4 cup of water, sprinkle with gelatin

2. In medium saucepan, combine half and half, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Add vanilla and gelatin, stir until dissolved.

3. Divide into serving cups, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Top with maple syrup if desired.
