Vanilla Panna Cotta
1. Pour gelatin over milk and set aside.
2. Pour cream in saucepan with vanilla bean cut lengthwise (or vanilla extract) and bring to boil on a low heat.
3. Add milk and gelatin to the cream and beat until combined.
4. Add sugar and Honey. Cook for 1 minute
5. Use non-stick spray before pouring the cream and milk mixture in the ramekins.
6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
7. Put ramekins in very hot water for 30-45 seconds in order to remove the panna cotta more easily.
