Suggest a better descriptionMix first three ingredients in a large bowl. Cube the vegetables and fruits in small cubes. Twist and chop the cilantro. Add remaining ingredients to lemon, salt and cumin mixture. Mix entire recipe. Serve over fish and chicken or with low-fat chips.
