Papaya - banana yogurt smoothie

This a recipe that a friend suggest, to reduce belly fat, and for weight lost!!!!!! It also helps a lot with digestion, it's great for breakfast, and dinner, great flavor!!!!


1 1/2 Papaya
1/2 Banana
1 low fat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons Instant Oatmeal
1 Cup Skim milk

Original recipe makes 1 Servings



1. Add the fruit

2. Add the oatmeal

3. Add the milk

4. Add the yogurt

5. Add the milk

And blend all for at least 1 minute


2 times a day to loose weight and belly fat!!!!
