Easy and flavorful grilled salmon.
Combine all ingredients except for salmon to form a paste. May need to add a litlle more oil. **Use smoked paprika for best flovor if you can find it.**
Spread paste on meat side only (not skin). Cover loosely and place in fridge for about 20 minutes to one-half hour to let flavors develop. Heat grill to med. Lay fillet skin side down on greased grill rack. Cook about 5 minutes then flip and cook on meat
side for 4 minutes more. ** Adjust time if using a very thick fillet.** Fish should be moist and have just become opaque.
A very easy recipe. Could use the paste on other varieties of fish.
