Try this Parmesan Cheese Substitute recipe, or contribute your own.
Put all ingredients into a dry liquefier (blender). Mill until seeds are milled and ingredients are combined. Yield = 1 1/4 cups Recipe by: The Joy of Cooking Naturally, page 21
linettalee 6y agoI made this to sprinkle over the Spicy Italian Cutlet Parmesan from everydaydish.tv and the whole family raved. My daughter, who does not care for regular parmesan at all, liked this - - amazing!!! We do not use dairy or soy and I have tried many substitutes, but don't think I will look any further than this!!!
