"My husband i very much enjoyed this meal and will definetly be using it again! Has a great flavor and really easy to make. I used all of seasoning but sprinkle the left over seasoning on top after each pork chop had been covered."

Are you making this?
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese; 100% Grated
1 package dry Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
Salt & Pepper
6 extra lean boneless pork chops

Original recipe makes 6 Servings

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix cheese, salad dressing mix and garlic powder. (You will not use the entire mixture.) Moisten pork chop with water; coat with cheese mixture. Place in shallow baking dish. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until pork chops are at desired doneness medium 160 degrees, well done 170 degrees. Hint: For a golden appearance, flip meat half way though cooking process.

POINTS value: 4 approximately. I would recommend that for exact POINTS value that you add up the POINTS for exact ingredients that you are using and then divide by the number of pork chops you are using. (Also the POINTS value indicated is from the older POINTS system, not the latest and greatest program, so the POINTS value may differ.)

Very easy to make! After broiling for a bit still did not have a crunchy texture. Next time I'll cook on a skillet for the first few minutes.

These had great flavor and were very moist. I flipped them half way through cooking, but they didn't brown. Next time I will try broiling for a few minutes.

Very good! I used ranch dressing instead of ranch packet. I added garlic salt. I broiled for 5 min also.
