These are the best fries I have ever tasted!
"Great easy dish!!! This went well with some sliders I made. One thing if you do this dish dont have alot of large wedges try to cut them medium size. Great stuff!!!!"
Preheat the oven to 475 degrees with a baking sheet inside the oven.
Combine Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne and salt in a small bowl.
Coat potato wedges with 1 Tbsp oil in a large bowl, then add the Parmesan mixture, tossing to coat. Remove baking sheet from the oven and coat with the remaining oil.
Place wedges on the pan and roast until golden , 15 minutes per side. Return fries to bowl and toss with parsley.
