Roasted cauliflower is a delicious and low calorie.
1. Heat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Combine cauliflower, oil, marjoram, salt and pepper and gently stir.
3. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes, until slightly brown.
4. Sprinkle vinegar on cauliflower , stir and turn gently to avoid burning.
5. Sprinkle cheese on top of cauliflower.
6. Continue to bake 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
