Nice sweet appetizer for any gathering
Preheat oven to 350?. Cover cookie sheets with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Mix beef, eggs, onion, crumbs, milk, chili powder and garlic powder until well mixed.
Form mixture into 1/2" balls and place on prepped sheets.
Bake for 20 minutes turning halfway through.
Place in slow cooker.
While baking , combine remaining ingredients over medium heat until bubbly, stirring constantly. Pour over meatballs and heat on low for at least 1 hr.
*******NOTE******** Use lean beef to reduce the grease or drain very well.
