A light and yummy dessert!
1. Scoop out pulp of passion fruit into a bowl and mash. Strain pulp (and seeds) through a sieve or cheesecloth, using as little water as necessary. Should amount to about 3/4 cup.
2. Add in sweetened condensed milk and stir until homogeneous.
3. Using a chilled bowl and mixer, whip up whipping cream until stiff peaks form and fold into passion fruit-condensed milk mixture.
4. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy the following day!
