Suggest a better descriptionThis is only for those who can handle another matza recipe. All others delete immediately!! This recipe was created for my 2 1/2 year old grandson Zachary who is an extremely finicky eater, especially during Pesach. Break one slice of matza in two. Run under water to soften slightly. Place in square dish that contains one egg scrambled with a little milk. Allow to soak a few minutes. Place cheese on one half of matza and flip the other half on top. Carefully slide into heated greased fry pan. When bottom is golden brown turn it over, pressing down slightly to ensure melting of cheese. Enjoy.
