Easy, Yummy
1. Cook broccoli in a large pot of boiling salted water for 2 minutes. Scoop broccoli out of water and set aside.
2. Add pasta to Broccoli water and cook for 8-10 minutes (pkg instructions). Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
3. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet/wok over medium-high heat. Add the butter and stir for 2 minutes.
4. Add the cooked broccoli to the butter and cook 1 minute
5. Gently stir in the pasta, basil, pine nuts and lemon juice and season with salt
6. Add in reserved Pasta water to create a light sauce
7. Drizzle each serving with Olive Oil
