My modified version of a recipe found on another website.
Heat oil in a Dutch oven. Add garlic and veggies and cook until onions are translucent.
Stir in spices, tomatoes with liquid, chicken bouillon dissolved in boiling water, and chicken bouillon.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20min.
Add beans and pasta and cook approx 15min until pasta is al dente.
We like grated Parmesan over the serving bowl for a finishing touch.
