Super speedy veggie pasta dish
Cook the linguine
Melt the butter in a frying pan add the mushrooms and fry until really soft and almost no liquid is left.
Add the garlic and chilli and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in the sage and cook for another minute.
Season really well
Drain the pasta reserving a cup of water.
Add the pasta to the mushrooms together with the lemon juice and Parmesan and enough water to make a light sauce
Toss everything together and serve
