Top-ranked recipe named "Pasta Milano"
This is a "copycat" recipe for Romano's Macaroni Grill Pasta Milano that I've perfected over several attempts. We now honestly enjoy it more at home than the restaurant, because we can control the pasta-to-sauce ratio when we serve ourselves.

Prepare the Alfredo sauce.
Heat a 10" saute pan. Add olive oil, mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, parsley, stock, chicken, and garlic.
Add Alfredo sauce, bow tie pasta and toss.
Put in large pasta bowl
Garnish with parsley, Parmesan cheese, fresh tomato and fresh basil. (optional)

cjclark 4 years agoLoved it!...The only liberty that I took with the recipe was that I added sweet peas. Big hit with the family
pattygirl575 6 years agoThis recipe is not accurate. The pasta milano is not made with alfredo sauce, but roasted garlic cream sauce. It is simply LOTS of garlic, rosemary (the key ingredient) and heavy cream.
