Ingredients

16 ounces Spaghetti
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/2 Onion; - minced
4 cloves Garlic; - minced
2 1/4 cups Roma Tomatoes; - chopped
2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1 1/4 cups Chicken Broth
Paprika Spice; - to taste
Pepper; - to taste
2 tablespoons Fresh Basil; - minced
2/3 ounce Parmesan; - grated

Original recipe makes 4 Servings

Preparation

1) Cook spaghetti according to pasta directions. Strain.

2) Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a pan over high heat. Sauté onions and garlic. Add tomatoes, Balsamic vinegar, and chicken broth. Cook over low heat for 8 minutes. Stir in spices and spaghetti. Heat for 5 minutes.

3) Top with Parmesan.
