Ingredients

Salt and pepper; to taste
8 ounces Whole wheat penne
2 1/2 cups Chicken; cooked, shredded
1 cup Plain yogurt
1/2 cup Raisins
1/2 cup Parsley
2 tablespoon Almonds; chopped
1 teaspoon Lemon zest
2 tablespoon Lemon juice

Original recipe makes 4

Servings  

Preparation

In large pot cook pasta al dente. Reserve 1/4 c pasta water.

In large bowl, stir together all ingredients. Thin sauce as needed with pasta water. Season with salt and pepper. Store in refidgerator up to 1 day
