1.- Cook penne pasta according to package directions, drain and cool.
2.- Microwave the frozen peas according to the package instructions and let them cool
3.- Put the potatoes and carrot in a sauce pan and cover with water. Cook until lightly soft, drain and cool.
4.- Put together all the ingredients with the tuna in a big bowl and toss with the mayonnaise. Cover and chill until ready to serve
Note: A really easy and wonderful pasta salad perfect for a hot day or for a picnic. You can leave out the mayonnaise (or add more to your liking) or replace it with another dressing or some lime juice.
