Cook pasta & drain.
Pre-cook chicken (or bacon or whatever meat is being used)
In same pan meat was cooked in: add red onion, tomatoes, pine nuts and garlic
Add feta and spinch right at the end, just enough to have the spinch wilt slightly.
Stir in the pasta
Add the dressing and top each serve with feta and toasted pinenuts.
Dressing: Mix 3 tablespoons oil, vinegar, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper; set aside
Stir in pasta and chicken; remove from heat.
