In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Saute garlic for about 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add the chicken and cook until white and well-done. Add the broccoli and stir until it is crisp-tender then add basil leaves, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Add the wine, then add chicken broth. Cook for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta and drain. Toss with the chicken mixture in the frying pan. Serve! Posted to JEWISH-FOOD digest V97 #336 by BNLImp

Vgreggs 4y agoMighty tasty!!! My children and my husband really dislike broccoli, yet when I made THIS.... The pot was EMPTY!
Cappuccio 4y agoA little bland, so I added fresh parmigiano reggiano cheese to the mixture. My family loved it.
alisonbarron 4y agoI added minced onion and sautéed with the garlic and served it with shredded Parmesan cheese. Everything tastes better with cheese! But I thought the dish had good flavor.
crofterica 5y agoI made this and couldn't help feeling that it was bland...it would be better with cream or an Alfredo sauce.
anthea8226 5y agoGorgeous. I added some onions mushrooms and grated carrot to get more 5 a day in there. Very quick and easy.
Card81 5y agoI added tonys and onion powder seasoning real bacon bits and I sauteed mushrooms on the side and added to dish and melted sharp cheddar cheese on top and lawd it was good!
RKG1 7y agoHad a good flavour but it was a little bland. No bow tie pasta on hand so I used shell and cooked it in my home made chicken broth. I think some mushrooms would go well in this dish.
