A simple pasta using baked garlic for the sauce
Baked garlic: slice the top of whole garlic, place in a pan lined with foil, sprinkle with olive oil or butter, and bake in oven for 45 minutes at 175 c.
Press the softened garlic cloves out of their shells. Mix half of them into the cream and Parmesan and mix evenly. When the pasta is done, add the cream, the rest of the garlic and almonds, sprinkle with chopped sage, crushed pepper and butter.
