Brown turkey lightly; don't overcook because it gets tough. Sauté onion. Add pasta sauce. Add milk and wine and let simmer till it has reduced. Add seasonings while it is reducing.
Boil pot of water with 1 teaspoon salt and cook pasta.
For nice presentation, spread cooked pasta on a platter and layer the sauce on it. Sprinkle grated cheese on top, and garnish with something green for color. I like to use freshly picked rosemary.
Taste it as it cooks and adjust seasonings to your liking.
