Another delicious meal from the archives I've somehow managed to forget to post!
Cook the pasta in 4 quarts of boiling water (about 12 mins). Melt 2 tbls butter in a skilled over med heat. Add the peas & saute until crip tender (about 3 mins for fresh peas). Add remaining 6 tbls butter & the cream, reduce the heat to low & cook, stirring occasionally, until the butter melts. Add the salmon, cup Parmesan, salt, pepper & nutmeg. Simmer until cheese melts, about 2 mins. Drain pasta, pour sauce over pasta. Sprinkle remaining cheese & parsely on top.
