work dough boll toward center (add tablespoon of water if needed)
Put lumpy dough ball into ziplock bag and rest for 1 hour
cut into 3 sections and run through machine, trifolding as you go
You may add flour to sheets.
cook in boiling water for 5-6 minutes.
