Mix dry ingredients together (except the egg replacer). Mix wet ingredients together. Combine and beat until well blended. Pour batter onto hot non-stick griddle. When bubbles form on top and edges are beginning to dry out, turn to bake other side. HELPFUL HINTS: These pancakes are wonderful with a little applesauce spread over them and sprinkled with cinnamon.
