These are good
Combine beef, flour and pineapple. Shape into 12 patties. Brown patties quickly on both sides in hot skillet. Cover. Reduce heat and cook about 10 minutes on one side. Pour off excess fat. Turn over and cook for 10 minutes, putting a slice of cheese on patty half way through the 10 minutes. Meanwhile, slice onions thinly. In separate pan, melt butter. Add onion slices and saute until golden brown, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
Serves: 12 (1 patty, 1 slice cheese, 2 Tbsp sauteed onion per person)
