Suggest a better descriptionWash the rice and set aside in a sieve to drain for 20 minutes. Bring the milk to a boil in a large saucepan, stirring constantly. Lower the heat, add the rice and stir well to mix. Simmer until the rice is tender and the milk slightly thickened. Add the raw palm sugar or brown sugar, stir to mix and simmer for a further 5-7 minutes. Stir in the cashew nuts and remove from heat. I.
