1 Large Egg
8 Ounces Sour cream
1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
pinch Nutmeg
3/4 Cup All purpose flour
1 Teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 Teaspoon Baking soda
1 Peach; Thinly sliced

Original recipe makes 4 Servings



Add wet ingredients to dry. Pour batter in pan with butter. Put peach slices on top. Once bubbles form on top, flipping one swoop.cook for another 5 minutes or until golden brown.

The most delicious pancakes I've ever had. It is also the first time I made pancakes from scratch. I used California White Peaches fresh from the Irvine Farmers Market at The Great Park. Wonderful!
