2. Butter and flour 14 cup, nonstik bundt pan
3. Whisk together three cups flour, baking soda and salt
4. Toss peaches with remaining two tablespoons flour to coat
5. In large mixing bowl beat two sticks butter and cups sugar on medium high speed until fluffy and pale yellow
6. Add eggs, one at a time, beating one minute after each addition
7. With mixer on low, add flour mixture in two additions alternating with sour cream
8. Beat until completely combined
9. Fold peaches and vanilla into batter and transfer to pan
10. Tap pan firmly on counter several times to remove any air bubbles and smooth top
11. Bake until a toothpick inserted in center, comes out clean (about one hour)
12. Transfer pan to wire rackset over a rimmed baking sheet
13. Let cool 15 minutes
14. Meanwhile, melt remaining stick of butter
15. Combine remaining 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon
16. Using an off set spatula or small knife, loosen cake from pan and invert onto rack
17. Working in sections, brush cake with butter and sprinkle liberally with cinnamon-sugar
18. Serve warm or at room temperature with whipped cream if desired
19. Cover and keep at room temperature up to three days
