Prepare ganache in small saucepan over med hat warm heavy cream until hot...place chocolate in heat safe bowl and pour cream over it to allow to melt and whisk in the honey corn syrup and vanilla. Allow to cool
Pour I. Top of frosting and top with Reese PB cups.
