Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
2. Grease and flour a 10 x 15 cake pan.
3. In large bowl, mix the first 4 ingredients with and electric mixer. Blend at low speed until crumbly.
4. Add the next 5 ingredients and blend at low speed until everything is wet, then beat at medium speed for 3 minutes.
5. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until test toothpick comes out clean.
6. Let the cake cool (in the pan) for 10 minutes.
7. Spread the frosting (recipe below) on the HOT cake and sprinkle one cup of mini-chocolate chips over the frosting.
Peanut Butter Frosting

1. Warm the peanut butter and honey in the microwave just until it gets soft and easy to stir.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.
3. Spread over HOT cake and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
You may want to double the icing recipe, but still just use one cup of mini chocolate chips.
