Flourless gold standard. Great with ice cream.
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl until well blended.
3. Turn dough out onto a cutting board and roll into a long cylinder about an inch in diameter.
4. Cut the log in two, then four, eight, and sixteen pieces.
5. Roll each piece into a ball and place on two parchment lined baking pans, evenly spacing eight on each pan.
6. Use a fork to make a crosshatch pattern on each cookie.
7. Bake for 15 minutes total, shifting the pans from top to bottom and front to back every five minutes.
