Try this Peanut Butter Kisses recipe, or contribute your own.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Beat first 6 ingredients at medium speed until fluffy (butter, peanut butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla). Sift the next 4 ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt) and add to above mixture. Mix thoroughly at low speed. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in granulated sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately press candy kisses into cookies. Cool on racks. Yield: 4 to 5 dozen cookies. sgrishka 5y agoI've almost always had good results with Junior League recipes and this one is no exception. My nieces and I found these peanut butter kisses to be very easy to make, fun to put together, and incredibly good! We followed the recipe apart from using creamy peanut butter in place of the extra crunchy and had excellent results. I believe the girls photo did a wonderful job of visually capturing the deliciousness of these cookies. ***Note: If you find the dough too soft, refrigerate it for about 1 hour or until it is firm enough to roll into balls.
