A quick easy grab and go bar that is nutritious as well as easy to make.


Ingredients

1/2 cup Creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup Honey
1/2 cup Brown sugar
3 cups shredded wheat cereal; Crushed
1/2 cup Raisins; (optional)
3/4 cup Chocolate chips

Original recipe makes 16 Servings

Preparation

Mix brown sugar, peanut butter, and honey in large microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for 1- 1/2 to 2 minutes or until it is bubbly.

If using a stove, on medium heat bring to bubbling; stirring occasionally.

Add cereal and raisins.

Pour into a 8 x 8 pan. Immediately pour chocolate chips evenly over bars.

Cool and cut into bars.

Notes

Also delicious hot right after making.
