2 tb Plain yogurt
1 Banana
2 c Ice cubes
2 tb Peanut butter
1 c Low-fat or non-fat milk

Original recipe makes 1



Place the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serves 2.

Most favorite smoothie ever! I use Greek yogurt to make it thicker- like a milkshake!!!

This smoothie tasted not so great....I added a little more peanut butter to it just so it tasted a LITTLE bit better...I will drink the smoothie I just made, but will not make this anymore

I've made this with almond butter and vanilla greek yogourt. It's creamy and delicious.
