Quick and easy very low carb peanut sauce great for shrimp, chicken, beef or pork.
Place peanut butter in a microwaveable bowl. Heat on high until soften, about 20 to 25 seconds. Meanwhile mix other ingredients together. Slowly whisk mixture into warm peanut butter until fully incorporated. Serve either warm or chilled. Yealds about one cup or four servings.
ChezBJ 3y agoI added a tablespoon of brown sugar and a teaspoon of fish sauce to the recipe. It really was good.

KeithD1949 6y agoI have had Satay in Singapor and this is close but not quite. Seemed a little bitter. I will make it again but try a little honey in it.

dianagele 9y agoThis may be changed to the Asian type of category, if there is not a Thailand / Thai category perhaps? Saytay is more from Asian countries such as Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand... happy cook'n!
