Warm and lightly sweet, an excellent breakfast or dessert

Are you making this?
2 tablespoons melted butter; use more if needed
1 pear; peeled and sliced
6 slices Monterey Jack cheese; or another mild white cheese (use enough to cover tortilla)
2 small flour tortillas
1 tablespoon brown sugar; sprinkle to taste
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon; sprinkled to taste

Original recipe makes 4 Servings

Heat oven to about 450. Brush both sides of tortillas with butter. Cover one tortilla with cheese slices, cover cheese with pear slices. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over pears. Place other tortilla on top and put in oven (on baking sheet or sheet of foil) for just long enough to start the cheese melting. Turn oven onto broil and watch carefully until top tortilla begins to brown. Remove from oven, cut into quarters and serve. To reheat place in non-stick skillet and warm over medium heat flipping as needed till cheese melts.
