Suggest a better descriptionPeel, core and finely chop pears; sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine sugar, flour and salt in mixing bowl. Add egg, sour cream and vanilla; combine with pears. Pour into pastry shell, sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake in preheated 375F. oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325F.; continue to bake until firm, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Combine topping ingredients with pastry blender until crumbly. Sprinkle over pie; reheat for just a few minutes. Serve immediately.
